Former wife Elin Nordegren, 30, is set to receive the biggest divorce payout ever seen, rumoured to be worth around £500million.
But in return, she will apparently never be able to speak about Woods' alleged flings with Rachel Uchitel, Jamie Grubbs, porn star Joslyn James and 17 other rumoured affairs.
A source told the Sun: 'Elin is desperate to protect the children from the womanising side of their father.
'Tiger's main fear is her telling her story after he's rebuilt his reputation, sending him back to the gutter.'
Nordegren is set to keep the family home in Windermere, Florida, along with a nearby property, an apartment in Stockholm and an island farmhouse.
Tiger will reportedly keep the £50m estate in Jupiter Island, Florida - the site of their new mansion - along with a £6m Los Angeles apartment

Physical custody of the children is due to be attributed to Nordegren, though Tiger will share legal custody, meaning Elin will not be able to permanently relocate to Sweden.
The divorce is expected to go through within a week, with the source stating 'Everything's signed. Elin is ready to file for divorce at Orlando County Court. She expects to go in the next seven days.'
The source added: 'Elin admits that despite everything, Tiger loves his kids and has been a decent dad.
'She is confident he will not pursue seeing the children that much, due to his work and lifestyle.'
