Former welterweight champion and 5'8" "Sugar" Shane Mosley (46-6) defeated 7'1" Boston Celtics center Shaquille O'Neal in a close, but unanimous, decision as shown on television network ABC Tuesday night.
Mosley pulled away in the later rounds, and defeated "Shaq Diesel," who bullied and hovered over the much smaller Shane Mosley. The five round exhibition bout drew constant cheers from an entertained crowd.
Shaq tried though. this is a real David vs Goliath event
