For over 7 years, the bond between producer Dr Dre and rapper 50 Cent has been one envied by many.
But after a video leaked a little over a week ago, it seems the bond just may be broken. The video shows Dr.Dre headed to his vehicle after a night on the town. A member of the paparazzi asked what he thought about 50 Cent’s new headphones.
Dr.Dre responded saying: ”I have no idea what you’re talking about …I never heard of his headphones”. 50 Cent claims that Dr Dre not only knows about them but he and Interscope head Jimmy Iovine expressed they were unhappy about it.
Sources say that this dispute is somewhat of a hoax.
Could it be that 50 Cent and Dr.Dre, close friends are actually pulling a funny stunt. Quite Possibly, Yes. Either way, rumors of a so called “diss record” surfaced last week and the song may have dropped today called “Run Up On Me”. In the beginning of the song 50 Cent says, “I’m Ill, No Doc, No Diagnosis//No Cure…I Smell Fear”. Now we can’t be sure that he’s directly talking about Dr Dre, but it’s definitely implied.
